I bought the car from out of state and it took a week to get the vehicle. It's sitting in my garage however because the paperwork has taken two weeks (and counting) to come to me so I can register the car get the vehicle. After paying for the car, the follow-up has been poor and there has been little sense of urgency to make sure I'm getting what I need. Further, I purchased the car based on the advertised price for it only to find out during the purchase process that I was being forced to pay for Zurich Shield treatment, which I didn't want (but had already been applied without my consent). To me this was false advertising and I was prepared to not follow through with the purchase if the charges had not been removed. Now having the car I am questioning what the benefit of it is as there's no visible evidence on the exterior that water sheds easier. I'm also seeing light scratches in the clear coat and I've not yet washed the car after having received it, so I question the benefit of the product at all. More

Gave Wayne a phone call that I needed a new tire and the problem I was having with my tire sensor. He got a new tire order got my car in. Also replace my auxiliary battery that I was getting intermittent fa problem I was having with my tire sensor. He got a new tire order got my car in.
