I’ve been a loyal customer at Mercedes-Benz of Rocklin for years. While the technical work and tire replacement were fine, I am very disappointed with the service recommendations Mercedes-Benz of Rocklin for years. While the technical work and tire replacement were fine, I am very disappointed with the service recommendations and pricing. My GLC 300I was sold a '100k-mile service' with over $1,700 in labor charges for my GLC 300. This package consisted mostly of expensive chemical flushes and treatments NOT required by the Mercedes-Benz factory manual. This package didn't include spark plugs which they were recently replaced elsewhere, the package didn't include major mechanical items like the transmission service, charging such high labor for 'optional' chemical cleaners feels like aggressive upselling. I expect more transparency and honesty from a dealership of this caliber." More
