I purchased a E450 convertible and I am very pleased with the entire process. Hank even met me at the service center for the delivery of the car in order to make sure the vehicle was everything I wanted. I have had the vehicle for for six months and Hank checks in regularly to make sure all is OK. I have purchased many vehicles in my time. Most were "high end" vehicles. Good day I e-mailed Hank after not talking to him for many year and he got right back to me right away on the status of the car I was looking for. We setup a test drive and after some quick negotiations I was the proud owner of my new G-Wagon. Hank. Was great! The service did not stop there. I always hate picking up a new car with all the after selling and paper work. This was quick and easy and they brought my old car in doors because it was raining and make it easy to transfer all my junk to the new car. Great job! More
