They didn’t want me to wait to get shuttled to work so the service manager Vinny took it upon himself to bring me himself. I also received a complementary shuttle from work back to the service center. Mercedes added my yearly inspection into my service visit with no problem. Everyone is friendly and accommodating from the receptionist to my favorite salesman, George Glier. I also met the General Manager who was just a sweetie! Andrew walked me through the interior of the car and programmed my phone for me. He too was as sweet as sweet could be! I can't say enough about the professionalism and knowledgeable employees at RVC, I have other Mercedes dealerships much closer to my home but I will keep returning to RVC where I feel very much at home and welcomed ! Samantha P has me in and out ASAP It is a pleasure to drop my car in for Service as everything from the minute I pull in is handled. They remind me I need an inspection, they tell me I have a bubble in a tire then take my credit card, I sign on the iPad, Sam slips me into a loaner and I am on my way! No hassle, no wait and nothing but smiles from a friendly staff. I usually get a call that they found something that needs to be done in the near future besides the service which I am thankful for because then I don’t have to come back again. This time my brakes were low and I kept the loaner overnight. My car was done early the next day so I drove in, paid and there was my car all beautiful and spotlessly cleaned. Got in and was on my way within 15 minutes with a cold bottle of water. I wouldn’t bring the car anywhere else because I never thought I’d say this but I find the experience enjoyable. Samantha and staff make it that easy. More
