Ken Garff Mercedes brakes things instead of fixing them. The past three times I came in for service, the vehicle entered with no issues and left with costly repairs. First time was a dead battery. Second was a broken windshield washer dispenser and most recently was a broken air conditioner. I’m done with Ken Garff and Mercedes. Bought a Tesla. More

I took my 2021 S-580 in at the appointed time to have a recall taken care of. They signed me in and gave me a rental car for the day. But three hours later, they called saying that they did not have the p recall taken care of. They signed me in and gave me a rental car for the day. But three hours later, they called saying that they did not have the part to make the recall repair. What a waste of time for me and for the dealership. For some reason, the dealer's parts department, service department and service desk are not communicating. More
