What happened to a fast and easy oil change ? The lady in the AM wasn’t very friendly and didn’t even attempt to get my name after i scheduled an appointment . Then once I got there and pulled into service the guy asked my name and said he couldn’t find it and I said I made the appointment this morning in which he replied well then it’s not on my list. Look buddy I’m not sure how you do things but don’t look at me like I’m ridiculous after telling you my name and appointment time and not having it on the list. I am not the one that is supposed to tell you why my name isn’t on the list. Then, after I specifically said to contact me, the daughter because my parents were in Alaska and didn’t have good service and I would be taking care of everything, they kept getting missed called for them. I saw the guy specifically write down my number after he asked who he is supposed to call about status and questions. Seemed very unorganized, and other than Brian our representative there, not one other person was friendly to me the entire time. Is this how they treat everyone? It was my third time taking it in for my parents and I always leave with this impression. More

Timely Service I come by ferry, and as a result I arrived about 30 minutes early, but they took me right away. I realize that this is not a "budget option" in terms of the pricing, but they treat a customer like a customer, not like a nuisance and the waiting area is clean and comfortable (with free wi-fi), all of which I appreciate.
