Very disappointed in their customer service. Never return I've been taking my car to this location for the last 5 years and I will never come back. I received a discount code for $130 off my service which I I've been taking my car to this location for the last 5 years and I will never come back. I received a discount code for $130 off my service which I forgot to present at the time of service. I called less than 24hrs later requesting to apply the discount but the service manager refused to accommodate. Furthermore, the service agent never took the time to explain what was done on my car, although he was very quick to take my money. Extremely poor customer service. I will not return to this place. More

Key Fob malfunction I described the problem in an email to my service advisor. He suggested I bring in the car and both key fobs, at my convenience. By that afternoon, the problem was resolved and I got my car (now clean) and two working key fobs. More
