I was able to get a same day appointment for my car with a courtesy loaner, too. The next day they identified the problem, sent me a video of some additional issues they found which I gave my permission to a courtesy loaner, too. I drive almost 2 hours one way to get to this service center because the service is sterling and the service department people are remarkable. My service advisor (William Bellecourt) is great. I bought my car in for a “b” service plus some suggested recommendations carried over from last year. Due to the need to keep my car for a few days while parts were ordered, Bill arranged a courtesy car for me to use until service was completed. Johnny Rodrigo (the service technician) completed all service and inspections with care and detailed explanations. I also have special thanks for Sheila who greeted us (my wife and I) when we dropped off and picked up our car. Sheila was gracious and friendly and went to bring up our car as soon as service was complete. While driving the car she noticed an intermittent noise coming from the rear wheel and she returned the car to the service bay. Johnny found a small burr on the brake drum and was able to grind it off. The noise had been bothering me for several months but because it was intermittent it was hard to locate or describe. There are few car problems more annoying than intermittent noises. Sheila saved me a great deal of aggravation by taking the initiative to return the car to the service bay. My sincere thanks to Bill and Johnny and Sheila. More
