Very disappointing experience. Purchased a car in June 2021, was told that second key has been misplaced but they would order it and mail to us within 2 weeks..After not getting a key, about three months 2021, was told that second key has been misplaced but they would order it and mail to us within 2 weeks..After not getting a key, about three months later we started calling to ask about it. Transfer, after transfer into a cyber space..leaving messages for a manager ( over 10 msgs), them ( people that answer the main number), purposely hanging up on me...fast forward additional 2 months, still don't have a key!! They appear to be nice when you need to buy a car but once you get it.. the customer service is non existent..I'm very disappointed More

Service writer dropped the ball time after time on numerous issues and required my daily follow up and prodding to get everything done.
