Facilities are spectacular. Very busy. The customer service reps are good, however the turnaround times are slow. My sprinter was there for a week to complete a basic 30k check-up. Over $1,100 for rear brakes and rotors service on a ML350? I just got robbed by them. Other places can do that service for $600 to $700. They want me to come back for front brake service?? I also witnessed one of the service technicians backed up an Audi SUV into a Smart car and damaged the left rear panel of the Smart car. Do you take care of your customers’ cars?
