Facilities are spectacular. Very busy. The customer service reps are good, however the turnaround times are slow. My sprinter was there for a week to complete a basic 30k check-up. Over $1,100 for rear brakes and rotors service on a ML350? I just got robbed by them. Other places can do that service for $600 to $700. They want me to come back for front brake service??
