This was the same thing you told me during my last visit and I replaced the battery. $425 2. I was also told I needed to replace another component in the window as it "could have been damaged", even though it worked great. $900 What it forces me to do, since like most people I have limited disposable income, is to second guess what really needs fixing and what could wait or is not really an issue.. The whole experience is very frustrating when one has to second guess what is needed or not needed. More
