Horrible service! They left my coolant lid opened after the service. And i think they didnt fill in the coolant fluid as well which later causing my coolant system shu They left my coolant lid opened after the service. And i think they didnt fill in the coolant fluid as well which later causing my coolant system shutdown in the middle of the road in 4 days. I had to call the roadside assistance to haul my car to dealer. Waste my entire day. More
Worst service department I have ever dealt with. Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans are also very unreliable vehicles and constantly have issues. I have owned every major brand of cargo van and sprinter vans are a definitely not dependable. I put my van in the shop and they did not even start to work almost a week later! They never give you a solid date of when your repair will be complete. I had an issue with my van last summer because of a check engine light and the turbo leaking it was repaired under manufacturers extended warranty This summer the same problem happened and they told me that it’s not covered under warranty even though I had documentation showing It was. The service department does not answer phone calls they do not respond to text messages they didn’t even let me know when my van was completed. Also my service advisor “Jason” goes missing and just left me in the dark, nobody lets me know the progress of my vehicle repairs. The Mercedes-Benz customer service line is also of no help. they will pretend to listen to you but will actually do nothing at all. Save yourself some money and headache avoid Mercedes-Benz sprinter vans. More

After we parked the car for maintenance, we shared our issues with William. Everything was noted. Anetha, the manager offered us a loaner to use while waiting for our car. We were getting updates through issues with William. Everything was noted. Anetha, the manager offered us a loaner to use while waiting for our car. We were getting updates through the whole process. it was also suggested that we will Come back the next day to correct all the issues. After telling William that we live in Silverdale, he said that they will finish it as soon as they can. We drove to town for a little shopping and lunch and when we came back, we were told the car would be ready in 15 minutes. Every time we take our cars (we have 2) for maintenance, we always get a 5 star service. Customer service has always been outstanding all these years. We always enjoy the time we spend for maintenance, we don’t go hungry because of the available drinks and snacks provided. We appreciate the great and outstanding customer service. We tell our friends and families the great customer service we enjoy in Mercedes Benz of Seattle. More
