Everyone was cordial, very knowledgeable of their products, and price discussions were open and comfortable (that was new). My overall experience was excellent. I like to go in a dealership without asking for a salesman. Jonathan came to help us so quickly before we even realized anyone noticed us and managed to provide us all information without having to salesman. This is definitely the worst dealership to go for service. They scheduled to pick up my car at my office at 8:30a.m and promised to call at least 30 minutes earlier. Of course, they never called and when the time came, nobody showed up either. I called the main line and was told that no pickup was scheduled and they would never offer a pickup for a car not bought from the dealer and they would never offer a pick up at a specific time. So it seems to me that the person I was making the appointment with was not even a person should be working there. Is this WERID? How can I trust a dealership when one person told you one thing and the next person told you that he is totally wrong? I flee as fast as I can More

Everyone made it very easy to decide on my purchase, pricing conversations were a non issue, and the customer service couldn't be any better. Everyone involved from Sales and Finance were professional, friendly, courteous, and efficient. And when there was a minor change needed to my purchase paperwork, someone drove to my home to deliver the updated papers for my signature - how much easier can buying a car get? Best vehicle purchase experience ever, and maybe the best one possible, for the best car on the market. More

I called the dealership to obtain pricing information and happened to be transferred to Johnathan. He was very friendly and helpful, which resulted in me coming into the dealership that same evening. The rest is history, I ended up purchasing a car a few days later and sold my truck to Carmax. Johnathan went above and beyond where he picked me up from Carmax after my car was sold so I could drive my car home. He was very patient, flexible and a true example of what 'customer service' means. I would definitely buy from Mercedes Benz of Silver Spring again because of the excellent service I received. More

With the economy like it is today, the number one thing we are looking for is a good sales experience coupled with great, excellent, supurb customer service. I was amazed that Kesh Harun responded to my email specifications for a C300 within 15 minutes and after calling for additional information provided me with a detailed quote for the car I wanted. When I took my old mercedes in to get a trade-in quote, Keith Nichols, the sales manager made me a trade-in offer which was $3000 higher than another dealer. I appreciated not being pressured into making my decision on the spot and having the car held for me without a deposit until the next day. Thanks to Kesh, Keith, and Steve Gluck, the general sales manager for making the entire transaction so pleasant and professional. More
