After my trade in was appraised there were a few back and forths on final price. All was agreed upon in a nice friendly manner. My wife and I then went to sign final documents with Pedro, he found additional funds from our extended warranty on our trade in. To best sum up the entire experience; My wife stated on our way home that this was the first time she has left a car dealership completely satisfied and happy with her purchase. More
