We did our homrwork and shopped the internet looking for the specific color/features we wanted in an ML350. We also compared prices. We visited a total of four Mercedes dealers, and looked at lots of cars o the specific color/features we wanted in an ML350. We also compared prices. When we contacted Martin McIntosh at Herb Gordon he e-mailed to us with additional details. We negotiated a price on the phone and drove the three hours to close the deal. All the paperwork was ready and Martin gave us a detailed introduction to the car. Aida Duncan, did a fantastic job with the paperwork and although we had arrived with a pre-approved loan from another organization, she advised us of a better offer from Mercedes that saved us 1.25% over what we had in hand -- amazing! Martin gave us some additional help with the electronics and we were on our way. Later, when I had a minor question about the electronics he even drove to where I was long after closing hours to assist. So they did a great job in facilitating the transaction and making it easy. We'd be glad to recommend Martin and Aida to other car shoppers and return ourselves when the time comes. And BTW, our ML350 is comfortable and quiet.
