Customer Service Excellence I recently purchased a Mercedes C43 AMG Coupe at this dealership and called Felicia Rodriquez in the Service Department to find out if your dealership I recently purchased a Mercedes C43 AMG Coupe at this dealership and called Felicia Rodriquez in the Service Department to find out if your dealership installs the 3M Pro paint protector system and what it would cost to do my car. She didn’t know for sure but said she would find out and call me back. Within an hour she called back with all the information I was looking for and because of her promptness and follow through I scheduled an appointment to have it done. She also said there was an order in to replace the driver’s side window which had some minor scratches which she was going to try to get completed that same day as well. She said she would have a loaner car available for me to use while my car is being serviced. That is what I call excellent customer service! Don D More
