Since I was a child, my dad and I would purchase cars, from Rolls Royce to Mercedes to Bentleys. This was the best experience I've had so far. Franco gave good old-fashioned customer service. People there are nice go above and beyond to help their customers. This was my second time buying a car from this dealer. My agent Charles S. Me and my wife went to Mercedes Benz if Natick to look at a used glc 300. We end up with a Charles as are salesman. This guy was great , treated us like royalty!!!
