Caitlin is very helpful and quick to reply my inquiries. She also followed up after my first visit showing lots of care. Fares is relatively new to the job but he is amazing. He is very organized. The first time I visited, he place a sign on the car to put a reservation for my test drive. The second time I was at the show room he printed out the sign with my wife's name on congratulating for our acquiring vehicle, which almost made my wife crying. After we drove the car home, we felt the engineering noise is little loud. We called Fares. He tried to understand the situation and made to plan stop by our house to take a look at it on his way to NH for his vacation. Great customer services! More
