Worse place to bring your money in. I had been searching online for a 2021 GLC 300 and On June 14, 2021, came across one at Natick for $56,115, I called the dealership and spoke with Twana Yoo an Internet M online for a 2021 GLC 300 and On June 14, 2021, came across one at Natick for $56,115, I called the dealership and spoke with Twana Yoo an Internet Manager. She emailed over the window sticker verifying this price, also, on their website they have the same price that they confirmed over the phone. She made an appointment for June 15th, 2021 so I come in and see the car in person. I arrived the next day 06/15/2021 to finance or lease the vehicle, sales person Haider Amin greeted me and told me that there would be a market adjustment price of $5,000 on top of the price of $56,115 that was already given to me, totallying $61,115.00. Me myself I've never heard of this type of adjustment. Not to say it doesn't exist! I asked why I was being charged this extra money and why they didn't tell me that over the phone. His answer was that because they didn't have many cars in the dealer since covid19 pandemic, they could charge whatever price they wanted, because there are people who would pay that and more. After signing the lease on 06/15/21 for 48 months, giving them $10,000 in cash and the trade value of $14,445 of my previous car, and having a credit score of almost 780, they still insisted on getting the $5,000 dollars they didn't tell me over the phone. The following day, I called the dealership and asked to be transferred to Nick Salem, the sales manager so he can help me solve this injustice, because it wasn't right. I was turned down by him. Today 6/17/2021 I went to meet with the General manager Fahad Arshad and after a long conversation about how unsatisfied I was with their business, his only solution was to give me $2000dollars, out of the $5000 they took from me, which I declined due to the fact that it is $5,000 over the window sticker price they overcharged me. The general manager was upset because I turned down his offer and his response was that the deal of the $2000 dollar was off. It's very unfortunate the bad Experience and service I had at the MercedesBenz of Natick, I will never wish this to happen to nobody, specially during this bad times we are living since covid19. I feel that this whole situation was an unfair deceptive act and very unethical. I didn't get my money back, I just have the hope that no-one else fall into this scam Mercedes Benz of Natick has against people. Please pay attention to every detail when you do business with them, ask questions and don't make any decision without taking your time. They will put pressure on you, so you can fall into their trap but please don't give in. By then time this lease is over, I would almost pay this car in full and still have no car. More
