The very same day my vehicle was taken out of the dealership after A1 Service, I received a message via email about an open service call, prompting me to call the dealership. Subsequently I was told open service was already taken care of. Then again, three days after the A1 service was finished, received another e-mail informing me "our records indicate that your 2017 Mercedes Benz may be due for its recommended service". This is ridiculous, confusing and a sign of inefficiency. More
