Also a couple of BMW's when they carried both makes. I also have a Mercedes that is serviced in Naples, FL, Suzanne Daniels is easily the best service adviser that I have ever dealt with, anywhere. She is very knowledgeable technically, and always goes out of her way to help out no matter how complicated the issue is. A pleasure to deal with. People like Suzanne, Steve Boston, Fred Romsey, and Jamie McCracken are the reason that I stay there, even though there is a closer dealership. More
