The best thing about this dealership is how easy it is to make an appointment online and loaners are plentiful. The check in process was easy and fast without fuss. I used to go to Burlington when Bernie Moreno was running the show. Unfortunately that dealership has gone down in service quality. Mercedes Natick may not have the poshest dealership or "coffee bar" but when servicing a car, efficiency and communication are the most important factors in the customer's experience where MB Natick has it down to the tee. More
