Beginning with my first telephone call to the dealer (Jeff Johnson, Sales Manager) to my last I am a very detailed oriented and requiring individual. Beginning with my first telephone call to the dealer (Jeff Johnson, Sales Manager) to my last communication with him several days after delivery) I was treated with the utmost respect and a valued customer. Since the car was a CPO vehicle, I was concerned about the exterior and interior condition. Jeff assured me on the phone that I would be pleased with the car's condition (which I was) . The car was like new. We negotiated quickly without any issues, and I paid a fair price. Because I resided 60+ miles from the dealership, Jeff introduced me to their sister dealership in Newport Beach and arranged for some special add-on's I wanted to get done after initial delivery. He arranged loaner cars and followed up to assure that the process went smoothly which it did. All of the financial and paperwork processes also went very smoothly.
