This goes a bit farther than customer service for me. I was taking my CLK500 to have a new lens and floor mats installed. After dropping off my car the next morning I get a call from Will, my service Guru. He let me know what I have a leak in my valve cover and recommended fixing it. Here is the most amazing part. I bought the car over 8 years ago. It had this exhaust smell when driving that NO ONE could figure out in the 8 years of taking it in to various places. I have had it at two dealerships and 3 private places to have it looked at. The smell was so uncomfortable (and probably dangerous) that I rarely drove the car. (My dream car!) I was on the fence about getting rid of it because with the top down I didn't notice the smell. After this visit I am happy to report that Will and the service team FIXED THE SMELL!!!!! I drive the car almost everyday. I LOVE MY MERCEDES and move over I LOVE THE SERVICE AT MB OF TEMECULA!!!! More
