Disappointing Paid for service, after I got home noticed big puddle of oil on the driveway (stamped concrete). Moved the car to see if it was just overflow and it h Paid for service, after I got home noticed big puddle of oil on the driveway (stamped concrete). Moved the car to see if it was just overflow and it happened again. Immediately brought it back to service (it was a Friday). The people that greeted me looked at me like I was crazy and were condescending. My service rep came out and when my husband came over decided to keep it and look at it. No phone call all weekend or Monday. I called Monday afternoon and left a message. No return call. Tuesday I call again. I speak with the service rep and I told him I called and was wondering about my car. He casually says oh yes it’s ready it was a “cracked” cap. Then when I go to get my car the battery alert light is on. I tell the person at service, again treated poorly and says , “it should be fine” I said the alarm says do not drive the car but leave running?? So he agrees to go tell my service rep. He comes back and just casually says it’s fine. No apologies for the inconvenience or the damage to our driven from a mistake that happened at your service center. No phone with updates. For a $500 service I would expect more. I get better service at Jiffy Lube and it costs $60 More
