Mr. Shumaker was who I first talked to problems with my vehicle and Mr VanSickle is the one I picked my vehicle up from. Lisa was very informative and thorough in providing essential information about the car; the emailed videos were a great touch. Oh and the car, it is spectacular. Great Experience I had my E500 in for an oil change and ended up needing a gas tank, for most that would sound like a bad day but not really. The warranty was extende I had my E500 in for an oil change and ended up needing a gas tank, for most that would sound like a bad day but not really. The warranty was extended to 15 years so it's covered and they have me in a loaner at no cost. Having had the car for 9 years I am always amazed at the quality of service I have received nationwide. I just relocated to Tucson, they don't know me there however, they have treated me as a valued guest and gone above and beyond. The gas tank took 6 weeks to receive from Germany and I was updated regularly on the progress and provided the loaner the entire time. When I got my car back there was a minor issue with the ashtray door sticking, not sure how it even happened, they repaired it no charge and without making me feel uncomfortable for having brought it to their attention. I am a loyal Mercedes fan not only because of the quality of the product they provide but also because of the culture of customer service that they have created. This holds true here in Tucson with Rich, Jill, James and the many others I have had contact with at the dealership, they strive to exceed rather than meet a customer's needs, Thank you! More

You can throw all the lattes and Danishes at me you want but as a M I am amazed the difference between customer treatment at different MB dealerships.
