As a Ray Catena client, to make life easier when you visit our Service Center with an appointment, you'll receive a complimentary Mercedes-Benz Courtesy Vehicle. We have a large loaner car fleet to ensure Ray Catena clients still get to drive a Mercedes-Benz. Please contact a Service Coordinator to make the necessary arrangements.
Shoe Shine
Ray Catena Owners can also utilize our Shoe Shine Service in the time-honored tradition of professionals taking a break from their busy schedules to have their shoes cleaned and polished while relaxing in our lounge.

Car Wash
When you're a Ray Catena client, there's no excuse to drive around town in a dirty Mercedes-Benz. Ray Catena clients can get complimentary car washes at any of our New Jersey or New York locations.

Guest lounge
Ray Catena clients are welcome to relax in our Guest Lounge, where they can enjoy a cup of coffee, an espresso, or cold beverage. Our lounge also features a business center with high speed Wi-Fi so you can check your email, find out how the market is doing, or just surf the net. Feel like a game of pool? Our lounge also features a regulation sized pool table!

Stan is a most graciou Stan Baum (the sales rep) and Will Reyes (the product concierge) made my experience of leasing a new C43AMG a real pleasure. Stan is a most gracious and very competent salesperson - he was attentive to my many questions and requests, and worked tirelessly to get me exactly the car I wanted within a week of my first walking into the showroom. One feels absolutely no pressure when dealing with him. He is gentlemanly and courteous, and patiently answered the myriad questions that I peppered him with. The whole process of selecting the car, locating exactly what I wanted, having it trucked in, and arranging all the paperwork, was seamless. Whenever I had further questions during the week before the car was delivered, he was instantly available each time I called him on his cell phone. Thanks to him I have an exciting car in my garage today. Will is a truly amazing person to deal with. He accompanied me on a test drive when I first visited the dealership, was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the car and, just like Stan, graciously responded to all my questions. He really shone when the car was delivered to me today, meticulously demonstrating all its features. Over the past three decades I have bought several high performance cars, and have to say that the session with Will was way beyond any previous experience in the courteous, thorough and professional way in which he introduced the car to me and my wife. I unreservedly recommend this team to anyone wanting to acquire a Mercedes Benz. More

I purchased a 2016 GL450 and I am very happy to be part of the MB family. Tyrrell Belfield conducted the delivery of the vehicle where he went over all the vehicle features. He was very professional and did an amazing job. I plan to visit Tyrrell again for a refresher. I would definitely recommend both Stan and Tyrrell to others. More

Great sales experience I know Lenny for about as long as he's been selling cars. My First Mercades WWI can't say enough about Lenny Inserra from Ray Catina Mercades Benz in Union New Jersey my experience with Lenny was absolutely amazing I called WWI can't say enough about Lenny Inserra from Ray Catina Mercades Benz in Union New Jersey my experience with Lenny was absolutely amazing I called him on the phone the Day before and I told him exactly what truck I wanted color the make the model GLA250 black on black he was able to find the exact car in stock obviously it is a very large dealership I had a small budget and he was able to bring me to the price I needed. He was able to get me the make the model the color down to every last detail of the Truck and when I got there I saw this black beauty A car it was a little more money but I just had to have it and it worked out that he was able to match the deal not a penny more . He had a specialist drive us around until we were comfortable with the car they wouldn't let us leave without full knowledge of the operating system brakes lights windshield washers radio etc. Lenny stayed with us with the specialist for hours to learn about the car It's very different from any other car we had ever drove It's our first Mercades It was great experience More
