One thing that really stood out to me is something I personally look for. I have my own “hoodie and sweats test” for customer service. I came in dressed super casual on purpose, and Lenny didn’t judge me for a second. Same level of professionalism, same level of attention from start to finish. That mattered to me, and it showed in how the entire experience played out all the way through closing. On top of that, he really knows his stuff. He walked me through everything in a way that actually made sense, answered all my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt good about the decision. It never felt like he was trying to push me into anything. End to end, just a clean, well-run experience. If you want someone who’s sharp, respectful, and easy to work with, Lenny’s your guy.
