The Service experience was excellent. My Service Adviser is Mo A. He and the rest of the staff were very courteous. Let me start by saying I never leave reviews, and it took a lot for me to even get involved in this, but I truly feel my mother was taken advantage of at Mercedes-Benz of Union. My mother brought her cer a lot for me to even get involved in this, but I truly feel my mother was taken advantage of at Mercedes-Benz of Union. My mother brought her certified pre-owned Mercedes GLA in for first year maintenance at only around 7,000 miles and was quoted almost $1,500 as a “package” for an oil change, oil filter change, and brake fluid flush. After questioning it, they lowered it to around $1,000, which already made the original quote feel inflated. We still ended up paying over $700 in labor alone, which equates to over 3 hours of labor charges for an oil change and brake fluid flush, which is absolutely ridiculous. Be careful and always ask for an itemized breakdown before agreeing to any service packages. More

The whole process felt smooth and respectful, which, if you’ve been to a few luxury dealerships, you know isn’t always the case. One thing that really stood out to me is something I personally look for. I have my own “hoodie and sweats test” for customer service. I came in dressed super casual on purpose, and Lenny didn’t judge me for a second. Same level of professionalism, same level of attention from start to finish. That mattered to me, and it showed in how the entire experience played out all the way through closing. On top of that, he really knows his stuff. He walked me through everything in a way that actually made sense, answered all my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt good about the decision. It never felt like he was trying to push me into anything. End to end, just a clean, well-run experience. If you want someone who’s sharp, respectful, and easy to work with, Lenny’s your guy. I’d 100% work with him again and will be sending people his way. More

My service advisor JAIME is by far the best I have ever worked with!! Besides being a total gentleman and always makes me feel special , he is soo knowledgeable is all aspects of Mercedes service! I was th worked with!! Besides being a total gentleman and always makes me feel special , he is soo knowledgeable is all aspects of Mercedes service! I was there last week and the computer system had a bad glitch . Jaime not only fixed the problem for me but for other customers with the same issue.
