As a Ray Catena client, to make life easier when you visit our Service Center with an appointment, you'll receive a complimentary Mercedes-Benz Courtesy Vehicle. We have a large loaner car fleet to ensure Ray Catena clients still get to drive a Mercedes-Benz. Please contact a Service Coordinator to make the necessary arrangements.
Shoe Shine
Ray Catena Owners can also utilize our Shoe Shine Service in the time-honored tradition of professionals taking a break from their busy schedules to have their shoes cleaned and polished while relaxing in our lounge.

Car Wash
When you're a Ray Catena client, there's no excuse to drive around town in a dirty Mercedes-Benz. Ray Catena clients can get complimentary car washes at any of our New Jersey or New York locations.

Guest lounge
Ray Catena clients are welcome to relax in our Guest Lounge, where they can enjoy a cup of coffee, an espresso, or cold beverage. Our lounge also features a business center with high speed Wi-Fi so you can check your email, find out how the market is doing, or just surf the net. Feel like a game of pool? Our lounge also features a regulation sized pool table!

My service advisor JAIME is by far the best I have ever worked with!! Besides being a total gentleman and always makes me feel special , he is soo knowledgeable is all aspects of Mercedes service! I was there last week and the computer system had a bad glitch . Jaime not only fixed the problem for me but for other customers with the same issue. He really saved the day calmly and with expertise!! Because of him and Patty I would never go anywhere else for Mercedes service! The level of customer care is totally in another league! More

They had our vehicle in their care for about 10 weeks, sent it to body shop as per service rep, and was told by body shop they can not return car to us because nothing was fixed. Body shop which was excel sent it to body shop as per service rep, and was told by body shop they can not return car to us because nothing was fixed. Body shop which was excellent had to clean up the mess. Took another 2 weeks but did the job to the T, not Union Ray Catena Service department. Embarrassment. More
