The personal from sales help a lot trying to get my van going but the service was not good enough to get my personal van working. This is the 4 time I had to tow my van to service departments. Two Mercede going but the service was not good enough to get my personal van working. This is the 4 time I had to tow my van to service departments. Two Mercedes’s Benz service dealerships work on my sprinter van and took two weeks to find out one dealer had left all wheel drive sensor on. Dan service tech had arguments with myself because he could not give any answer regarding the problem on my van and Tried to show me what to do on a plumbers service. Horrible ! More
