My wife has been insulted numerous times by the service team, when challenged the response was '...what do you know about cars’, amongst other poor comments! Our last service resulted in new breaks (there is still something wrong as we have noises - the suggestion is get new tyres AGAIN), broken petrol gauge which was ok when it went in, then after being fixed we broke down due to no gas!!! Disgraceful service both pre and post. I tried to give people benefit of the doubt but the attitude is appalling. Continuous issues and poor treatment!!! I escalated through management and keep being passed back to the service desk who I now point blank refuse to speak with. I escalated 4 times to PIAZZA AUTOGROUP the parent company and they have obviously point blank refused to call me as I have not called 5 times with no response. More
The worst Mercedes Benz service I have ever had. Paid over $2900 for starter and SAMS unit. Valet drove my car to the waiting area. After I paid for the service I was given my keys. I drove the car for f over $2900 for starter and SAMS unit. Valet drove my car to the waiting area. After I paid for the service I was given my keys. I drove the car for few miles and it overheated and would not engage in drive. My car would not move. After being allowed to leave the dealership in an unsafe vehicle, I had to get the vehicle towed back to the dealership at my expense. To make matters worse I was charged an additional 540 dollars to diagnose the problem. More
We have been using Mercedes-Benz of Wilmington service for many years and have had consistent, quality service and support. Would not want to take my Mercedes anywhere else. Brat was very informative. He was the second service person I spoke to after my car was completed. The first service gentleman that I spoke with was not good. I felt that he was talking to me out of ser person I spoke to after my car was completed. The first service gentleman that I spoke with was not good. I felt that he was talking to me out of services, as if though I cannot afford them. Also they did not change the two lights that I had requested them to do. Also I did request the car to be washed twice. They did not wash my car after service. Also once they had gone into the trunk they did not recover the battery they left the compartment open. Nice location, staff friendly and very attentive to needs of the customer. They make everything so easy. Comfortable environment if you need to wait for vehicle to be serviced. However, this time around I wa of the customer. They make everything so easy. Comfortable environment if you need to wait for vehicle to be serviced. However, this time around I was not impressed with the attitude of the lady at the counter when it was time for me to pick up my vehicle and return my loaner car. She was not friendly at all when I handed her the keys to the loaner car and was very dismissive. If I am paying a good amount of money to have my car serviced at this location or any Mercedes location, I deserve quality customer service at all times. I was very disappointed with this and it left a bad taste in my mouth. More
