Waiting for car is drudgery. All good things about dealership service have been removed. Terrible music. Noisy ice machine when sitting in waiting room - drowns out terrible music. Joe Salander was an outstanding service representative . Though the department was very busy at my appointment time he extended courteous attention to me and made me feel like I was the only customer in the Though the department was very busy at my appointment time he extended courteous attention to me and made me feel like I was the only customer in the room. He thoroughly covered all aspects of the 3 year service inspection and called on the tire expert to advise on tire replacements. After work was accomplished he explained the Bill items. When I asked about a military discount after the charges were accounted he gave me a 10% credit. As I waited outside for my vehicle he came out of the department office to assure me about the work and we talked a little baseball. Joe’s personal connection to his customers makes him an outstanding envoy for this service department. JCM More
