Outstanding service. Brought our '19 GLC 300 4matic in for standard B (30K) service. On check in I expressed concern with the rear suspension (performance and and noise not to "spec"). The service mgr t for standard B (30K) service. On check in I expressed concern with the rear suspension (performance and and noise not to "spec"). The service mgr test drove the vehicle, put it on the chassis test stand and confirmed the issue. Both rear shocks and mounting hardware were replaced under warranty. Our service advisor Liz kept us appraised of the findings and the status of the repair work. The service technician test drove the vehicle again after the work was completed to ensure this resolved both the performance and noise issues. The car was returned washed and cleaned. Car feels great now. Thanks MBOTW for addressing this issue promptly and professionally. More

Service for my MBZ E300 was excellent - competent, polite, and engaging staff were superb. However, I was a little "put off" when asked to post a credit card to cover possible gas, tolls charges for m polite, and engaging staff were superb. However, I was a little "put off" when asked to post a credit card to cover possible gas, tolls charges for my loaner vehicle (this was the first time at this dealership since I purchased the car in 2017). We have two other vehicles (Audi, VW) where we are not asked to do this - in fact, the service center for Audi delivers the loaner vehicle to our home, picks up our vehicle, completes the service, returns our car and picks up the loaner at our home; we are never charged for gas or tolls. This kind of thing makes a difference as we consider our next vehicle purchase. More
