The first had to do with an air conditioning problem that was immediately corrected. The second time was for my B Service on my Benz. Just like the first time, I was met by quickly, ascertained the reason for my visit and, then, shown to the waiting area. My Service Advisor - Liz Rincon - met with me and began the process of service needs. She was most helpful as well as knowledgeable. She continuously kept me appraised of the work schedule, provided an estimate and permitted me the opportunity to make any changes to the proposal. Her knowledge was extremely helpful in making determinations as to the pros and cons of the suggested service items. This is the second time I have been fortunate to have Liz as my Service Advisor. They do an exceptionally excellent job. More

We called ahead of time because we were an hour earlier than our appointment time but Liz said to come on that she would get us right in. When we arrived they got our car in right away. While there they fed us lunch and had coffee and anything else we might want to drink. It is by far one of the most beautiful and courteous Benz service I have had pleasure to deal with. Beats the pants off Mercedes-north as they have only declined in true customer service!!! At the Woodlands location attendants were very eager to help check you in. My service advisor Richard Metodiev, was very attentive to my needs and answered all of my questions.
