Mike has always been a true professional. Now he works at a beautiful dealership where you can drop of your car in a climate controlled, huge garage, and get into your loaner car within minutes. If you want, there are delicious snack and drinks available. The pick up takes only a few minutes also. As someone who is always short on time, I really value this. Simply put, the best service. I only have 5,000 miles on my new C300 so I thought I would see if Mercedes-Benz o Had coupon from another dealership for a free pit stop inspection. I only have 5,000 miles on my new C300 so I thought I would see if Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands would honor this, since this dealership is closer to my home. They not only honored it, but did the inspection immediately. They also did an incredible job in washing the car (I did not ask for this nor was it included in the coupon). Even vacuumed the trunk. Beautiful facility also. More
