After looking them over we started making our way to the showroom, we were met by salesman Mark Chartrand, who introduced himself and asked about our interest in purchasing a vehicle.... From that moment on the purchase of our vehicle was simply the most painless process i have ever experienced when purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. At the end of the process I simply stated, "my god, if I had known it was going to be this easy, I would have done it 6 months ago" If my experience is any indication, then I can and do recommend Merchants Auto and salesman Mark Chartrand. He introduced me to Jim in sales who I will be going to see to get my first FREE oil change and even when I asked Rodney to take the merchants sticker off the back he did it without hesitation! When he gave me the keys and walked me out to my new Kia he hopped in the passengers seat and explained all the "creature features", hooked my phone up to Bluetooth, and double checked that I had a full tank of gas.
