Not only did they get us into the vehicle type that we wanted, they also got us within our affordable range for payments (the payments are mostly thanks to Steve Coimbria working his magic in the finance office also!). I purchased now two vehicles from Rich at Merchants, and I would NOT use anyone else for future vehicle purchases. He's the type that gets right to business and doesn't add any "fluff" to a deal. What you see is what you get, and he's on YOUR side! The same goes for Steve in finance. He is laid back and willing to hear your thoughts and concerns in working out the details of a car deal.
