I can say going to Merchants this past Sunday the experience was just as it should be. From the introduction, to getting qualified, selecting a car and driving off the lot 2 hours later. All I can say is wow! I haven't bought a car in 12 years and the last purchase was nothing like this. Gotta great car, met some real people and I'm not sweating. Lol More
