These guys took excellent care of me during the 4th of July My SUV started running a little rough on the 4th of July weekend so I took it over to Merchants (where I purchased the vehicle) and Jim - Service Mgr My SUV started running a little rough on the 4th of July weekend so I took it over to Merchants (where I purchased the vehicle) and Jim - Service Mgr took my vehicle in for service, got me a rental, and within a few hours called me to tell me that my SUV was fixed. SUPERIOR DEALERSHIP Several months ago I bought a car from Merchants auto. Now, I encountered the BEST from start to finish on my buying experience. Whelp, I had a weird Several months ago I bought a car from Merchants auto. Now, I encountered the BEST from start to finish on my buying experience. Whelp, I had a weird accident that occurred to my car (needing my insurance CO) to settle a claim, of all things this claim had to do with a leaky product I bought. The leak ruined the modules in the trunk. Long story short, it got fixed...but the car just continued to have a xxxx up. So, I went back to Merchants Auto and just traded the car in for another. Let me tell you this...If you are looking for the BEST OF THE BEST then you need to purchase your auto from MERCHANTS AUTO! I was cared for 100%.
