I didn't even need to negotiate the price because it was well below market value already. I'm very happy with the car and look forward to doing business with Merchants in the future. :) More

So when I set out to find the next vehicle I new where to go.I got on line with merchants and was promptly called back by mike Amburg then scott Rienert both very pleasant they had what I was looking not that I was surprised I went down talked with mike and walked out with my new/used truck. the thing I really enjoyed most was very one on one service that was provided weather it was when I talked to mike my sales professional or scott the sales manager and even steve the finance director they were all great and provided me with great information and even better service. I have been in sales myself for a long time just not with automobiles and its about being upclose and personable and they are the best. And thanks to guy Nichols for being not only fast at getting my next service date in a date and time that would fit me. but for being helpful and friendly . They even included a free remote starter, topped off the tank, free inspections for the life of the vehicle, & a great 100k mile bumper to bumper warranty! ...plus we did the entire purchase w/ our two young children w/ no problems! They called soon after the purchase to make sure everything was still ok, & I mentioned the AC didn't seem very cold, so they scheduled a service & fixed the AC for free as well!!! More

A fantastic dealership that I highly recommend. I went to Merchants looking for a car for myself and thinking I would have to get an older car. Luckily for me I was wrong. I ended up with a beautiful 2012 Toyota Yaris with just under 33,000 miles on it. While another dealership that I had gone to in order to look at a car they had was very rude and cold, Merchants was not. Mark and Gordon were incredibly helpful in getting me financing and the right car for me. They even stayed past close to get it done! This was all in a no pressure to buy environment with coffee and tea available on the house. I picked up my Yaris the next day. I would highly recommend that if you are in the market for a used car in the NH area you check out this dealership. You will not be disappointed. More

This place is amazing! I never expected that we would drive off in our new vehicle on a Saturday afternoon. Everyone was so nice and friendly and REALLY patient with our 3 kids who were there with us but drive off in our new vehicle on a Saturday afternoon.
