The best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Chris greeted me the moment I stepped out of my car and was very friendly but not pushy at all! I believe he instantly could see the skepticism on my face. He definitely knows how to make people feel at ease. He listened to what I wanted and never once made me ashamed of my situation but also didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear just to make sale. When we discovered the vehicle that I wanted sold the night before he didn’t push me into a “comparable” car like other dealers have. Yes, he did show me other makes but he was paying attention to my reactions and quickly realized I wasn’t interested. He searched their inventory and found me an almost identical suv (different color!) I appreciate all his efforts and hard work! I am loving my new SUV and couldn’t be happier! Chris is an awesome salesman! If you’re looking for someone to listen and do whatever is in their power to get you what you want, Chris is your guy! More

He's a real guy, and doesn't put on a front to make people believe that he's somebody that he's not. I really liked how down-to-earth and realistic he was with us. He managed to get our payment under what we were even wanting it to be, found us a vehicle that still had an existing warranty, would accommodate two car seats. Just a overall great guy!! More

Their commercials say they can get anyone into a new car; "Good credit, Bad c Sunday June 10, 2018 my husband and I had a planned trip Merchants Auto. Their commercials say they can get anyone into a new car; "Good credit, Bad credit, NO credit, NO problem". I had been hearing the ads for months and knew it was my time to get into something new. We realized before we went that we had a somewhat unique set of circumstances. We were realistic in our expectations of what types of vehicles we may be able to purchase and how much we were going to have to flex to get the deal made. I was hopeful Merchants could help, but I was not holding my breath. (I worked in an auto dealership many years ago and was well aware of how tricky our situation is.) Chris approached us just after we pulled our 2003 mini van in to a parking space near the sales door (he did not pounce or shy away AND he was genuinely SMILING, it was such a relief). From the minute we met until the minute we left with our new vehicle Chris was everything we could have asked for in a sales professional. More
