The people I worked with were very knowledgeable and made me feel welcome from the time I arrived on the lot . Even though I told them I wasn't that picky, they weren't willing to let me sacrifice anything that I really wanted. I went in looking for a nicer used car beucase I didn't think I would qualify for a new car, but they got me into a 2013 Ford Focus and made it fit my budget. This is the 3rd car I have bought from a Ford dealership, but this by far has been the best car buying experiace I have ever had. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car. More

My wife is interested in the new model Escape,I Knew it was time to trade in our old car,since we moved to Independence, Mo. Barry asked what type of vehicle I was interested in,showed me one of the top line Escapes, and I also drove it,enjoyed it very much, while we were doing this my car was being looked at for trade in value. Barry thought I should bring my wife in to see the vehicle, we came back later that day and test drove it. Erich took his time with us when we came in. He found out our needs and our wants. He went the extra mile and didn't waste our time. I had just totaled my Explorer and we needed a vehicle.
