My wife is interested in the new model Escape,I Knew it was time to trade in our old car,since we moved to Independence, Mo. Barry asked what type of vehicle I was interested in,showed me one of the top line Escapes, and I also drove it,enjoyed it very much, while we were doing this my car was being looked at for trade in value. Barry thought I should bring my wife in to see the vehicle, we came back later that day and test drove it. My wife was very pleased, we left, I checked to other dealerships on pricing and was happy with Metro Ford,so we purchased a new Escape SEL from you folks,the reason why is because of pricing, where dealership is located from our home, word of mouth on how your dealership treats it's customers and service on their vehicles. Erich took his time with us when we came in. He found out our needs and our wants. He went the extra mile and didn't waste our time. I had just totaled my Explorer and we needed a vehicle. George had great customer service skills. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle. He introduced me to the general manager, the customer service manager, the after market manager and the finance man knowledgeable about the vehicle. He treated me with respect and was efficient with the paperwork process and helped me transfer all of my personal belongings out of my trade in vehicle and into my new purchase. Contacted Curtis Owen via phone regarding a used truck at the dealership. Mr. Owen answered all my questions and we agreed upon a fair price for the vehicle. Traveled 637 miles to KC, Missouri. The reason I went there in the first place was the fact they wanted to look at my trade-in to see if they could offer what I was wanting. They came very close and with the extra Ford incentive was actually they wanted to look at my trade-in to see if they could offer what I was wanting. They came very close and with the extra Ford incentive was actually a little more. They didn't have the exact F150 I was looking for, which was very specific, and couldn't locate one either. I went with ordering one and when I went to pick it up it was in their showroom and it looked awesome. Several people were involved throughout the process and I can't say anything negative. They were friendly, stuck with the deal we made and got me out of there in good time. More
