A week in advance I scheduled my maintenance appointment. Dropped the car off at 11:30 as scheduled. No call all day. Called at 3:30, waited 20 minutes to get a voicemail. Called at 4:30, waited another 15 minutes to get a voicemail again. Called at 5:30 to be told my car had to stay overnight. After questioning and again waiting I was told NO ONE EVER LOOKED AT MY CAR. It was there for 6 hours and I had to track someone down for hours just to be told no one ever looked at it. WORST customer service experience ever. More

Most staff at this location are very nice and pleasant to work with. The issue was quality of work that was received. After multiple attempts to fix a vehicle, the vehicle breaking down less than 24 hours work with. The issue was quality of work that was received. After multiple attempts to fix a vehicle, the vehicle breaking down less than 24 hours after work was complete, it was then failed for inspection. We took the car to TWO other mechanics for opinions and both indicated that the vehicle never should have been failed for the part Metro suggested needed repair. More
