My salesman AJ Denton was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The dealership is clean and staff of friendly. The oil change was fine but I asked to have them look at my sunroof because it made a noise and was quoted almost $2000 which sucks but it is what it is. I denied service at that point and they charged me $ my sunroof because it made a noise and was quoted almost $2000 which sucks but it is what it is. I denied service at that point and they charged me $130 to tell me that one of the rails on my sunroof was broken. I don’t think I will use metro ford service department in the future as this is not the first time I’ve had or wanted to dispute a bill. More
