Inaccurate information I purchased an automatic manual transmission 2016 Ford Focus. I was not familiar with the new technology that Ford came out with in 2012. My sales I purchased an automatic manual transmission 2016 Ford Focus. I was not familiar with the new technology that Ford came out with in 2012. My sales rep did not explain to me the difference between traditional automatic transmission or mention it. It would have saved me a trip to service center where I was given printable resources on the new technology which explained all the symptoms I was experiencing the day I picked up the vehicle . I thought for sure this was going to be a Lemon. Please educate sales rep to be able to highlight the difference between the two automatic transmissions because it gives the consumer honest information in order to make a informed decision when making such a large purchase. More
