I am a female and I will say I was very comfortable with the service I received. I felt very comfortable waiting and talking to the men working on my vechile and cost was what was expected I would recomm the service I received. This is my first visit here, was clean and quiet. However, service is not at all what I expected. Took in for The Works on my truck. Dropped off first thing in the morning. They still had not got it in. Then for this appointment, I scheduled special diagnostics. All my cigarette lighters stopped working. Use for charging my phone. They've didn't get to this, so asked me, do I want to pick it up and come back with it? xxxx no, I made an appointment more so for that than the works. Keep it and fix what I made the appointment for. I also asked them if they determined the noise in the engine when it first starts up. Oh no, we don't hear anything. Let's just say, if I didn't call regularly the next 3 days for an update about the diagnostics, I wouldn't have heard about anything related to my truck. They finally had to get a shop Stewart involved in the diagnosis 2 days later, so third day. Then they found a module was bad. Didn't have in stock, could get the next day. Truly a disappointment and over a $1,000 later for a module that was bad. They didn't charge me for all the diagnosis, since I don't think they had a clue what they were doing initially, until they got the other person involved. Communications and service was terrible in my eyes, four days they had my truck. No offer for a loaner car or nothing. This dealership was recommended to me by someone I highly trust. But after this experience. I won't go back or think about purchasing a vehicle from them in the future, nor will I recommend them. More like, stay away from there. Was such a disappointment, especially since I still have the knock in the engine when it initially starts up each day. I'll have to record the sound and take it back to my normal dealership. More
