I really liked the sales associate I worked with. HOWEVER no one in your back office can do paperwork right because I was there for almost 2 hours buying a car based on multiple mistakes in paperwork HOWEVER no one in your back office can do paperwork right because I was there for almost 2 hours buying a car based on multiple mistakes in paperwork. They knew what car I was buying and when I would be in but the paperwork had so many mistakes. Also the finance guy was rude. I didn’t like him and when running numbers he forgot to do the basic questions of asking if I had a down payment. I didn’t like him. While I loved Jennifer and I think she is great. I really didn’t have a good experience buying a car because of the back office. More
