We were scheduled for an afternoon oil change, but when we got there we were told that it would be a 3-hour wait to start the job. Rescheduled for a (very early) morning appointment in the next week and t we got there we were told that it would be a 3-hour wait to start the job. Rolanda did a great job of keeping me informed when I had my car serviced. The oil change, tire rotation, and brake fluid flush was done in approximately 1 hour. I had a scheduled appointment to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I sat there for roughly 2.5 hours for those 2 services. But I wasn't bothered at all by it. Frank Lopez was the only service advisor t tires rotated. I sat there for roughly 2.5 hours for those 2 services. But I wasn't bothered at all by it. Frank Lopez was the only service advisor there at the time, and this man was a multitasking master. He was taking calls, dealing with walk-ins, and dealing with waiting customers the entire time I was there. He is definitely the definition of patience. I never once seen the guy become frustrated or irritated in the least. And all the while, checking in on me to make sure I was doing alright. Thanks Frank for you awesome cool headed service. More
If you are looking for a good honest dealer this is not the dealer. I bought a used truck for 30k they agreed to fix the oil leak for me to buy it then they tried back tracking and talking down to me becau the dealer. I bought a used truck for 30k they agreed to fix the oil leak for me to buy it then they tried back tracking and talking down to me because it was a used truck. I told them if they didn’t fix oil leak I just wouldn’t buy it no harm no foul . Well they supposedly fixed the oil leak. Then 2 weeks later the truck leaked oil. Terrible for calling back you’ll never get a hold of any manager , they will never call you back. Stay away from. You’ve been warned. More
I wanna start by saying my salesman Chris Derrick had nothing to do with my bad experience. He was great! Best salesman I’ve ever had. I purchased a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with 36,000 miles on it on nothing to do with my bad experience. He was great! Best salesman I’ve ever had. I purchased a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with 36,000 miles on it on October 24, 2025. On the test drive I noticed that the front end alignment was a little off so I thought. I asked that the front am be aligned if I decided to buy it so we wrote up a “we owe” to have it looked at the following Monday. After dropping it off and waiting on it to get aligned a couple of hours later I left to get back on the highway. The jeep went into death wobble. I took it back and they looked it over and couldn’t figure it out. Long story short they sent it off to a jeep dealership in Edmond and they decided to put a new steering stabilizer on the jeep, I said at the time that wasn’t going to fix the issue but that’s what they did and I finally got it back on Halloween night October 31 after showing up to pick it up cause I was told it was ready. Three hours later on the way home I had a lot of vibration and flutter in the front end like it was still trying to go into death wobble. It had not fixed the issue as I had stated prior to leaving the dealership was still there. The following Tuesday, November 5. I took it to an off-road repair shop just down the road from Metro Ford and had them look over the jeep. They went and drove It came back and looked at it and about 20 minutes later they had identified what the issue was. It was the drag link bars that had failed and was told that it was rather obvious so I took the estimate from the off-road shop back to Metro Ford and asked that they addressed the actual issue like they stated they would initially. The used car manager came out and spoke to me after waiting for a little while and was very rude and dismissive of me and told me no they weren’t going to stand behind repairing my vehicle, continued to cut me off and not let me speak and walked out of the room. I’ve never been treated like that, especially from a dealership, and I believe even the service department people around were kind of surprised at the way he treated me. I clearly was not very happy at the way he spoke to me and he could’ve went about it a completely different way and I’m very very unhappy with Metro Ford as dealership as a whole for not standing behind a vehicle, that right now is unsafe for me to drive. I’ve owned the vehicle for almost 2 weeks now and I’ve not been able to enjoy it at all. When you spend close to $40,000 on a new vehicle with that low mileage, you certainly don’t expect this. I was told by the used car manager I should’ve purchased a extended warranty and it would’ve been different. Had I not already pointed out that there was a steering issue when I test drove it that would be different. You purchased from big dealerships because you feel like you should be able to trust what you’re buying. throughout the process, I was told repeatedly Throughout the process multiple people said don’t worry we will make this right and then it wasn’t made right and now I have to foot the bill for nearly $900 to actually get it repaired. Putting the steering stabilizer on the jeep was a Band-Aid for the fix to try to mask what the real problem was and I told them that from the very beginning. They wanted the cheapest fix possible to get me out the door and be done with me and this just proves it by the way I was treated on November 5, 2025. I just want to say that the used car manager I spoke with was rude and disrespectful and I didn’t appreciate it at all and had I not been a better person, well I’ll just leave it at that. Word-of-mouth is very strong and I can promise moving forward. I will not recommend Metro Ford and will tell them my story and that kind of stuff gets around. This wasn’t the most well written review due to the fact that I’m still pretty angry about all of this, but it is what it is. More
