Do not trust them having it written down in your deal cause they can change all that legally and not follow your wishes. Awesome place eh? Also when they say they will take care of it and call you back. What a joke took several calls and I still ended up getting screwed. I now have a brand new car from Metro Ford of Okc.. Whata deal. Staff was very friendly and courteous. My issue was I brought my truck in for an oil change as part of the free oil changes for life when I bought the truck. I waited 2.5 hours for an oil change because brought my truck in for an oil change as part of the free oil changes for life when I bought the truck. I waited 2.5 hours for an oil change because they didn’t have any Mobile1 oil in stock, despite me having an appointment and stating the oil I wanted at the time I made the appointment. That was frustrating because I had a busy schedule that day. If it wasn’t for that I would have given them 5 stars. More

JR was a very friendly and knowledgeable sales person. He easily connects with the person he is talking with and has a talent for "sales" and isn't the "stereotypical" sales person. I had no idea the quality and number of automobiles for sale that Metro Ford has as well as being a Roush dealer (also other custom options with regard to the "truck" series). The person (Mark Wilkerson) in the finance department was just as personable and connects easily with the customer to find the best financing possible. Mark made the the purchase and financing go a smoothly as possible The JR and Mark stayed past "closing time" to complete the sale of the vehicle I was purchasing. All in all Metro Ford was a pleasant surprise as all the folks I interacted with were "customer" focused and more than accommodating. More

Well, first they did extra services that I didn’t want or ask for. I have metro service agreement and they were only supposed to do what was covered by that. Then I had a recall on my Roush truck. I have owned multiple Roush vehicles and this dealership is just not up to par as say, five star Ford in Dallas. They made a copy first time I came in and told me we could get that fixed when I came in for my first oil change. Well when I came in the first person said no problem. When I picked up my truck they did stuff I didn’t ask for like a fuel treatment but didn’t fix the recall part. The lady that helped me at the end was very frustrated being this all just fell in her lap and she didn’t know what was going on. She made a copy and told me she would call me. It’s been two weeks now and I still haven’t heard back from her. This dealership and service dept has been a let down!!! More
