I don’t see the name of the person who helped me on the survey but her name was Courtney and she was extremely helpful. I was in OKC on vacation and my Expedition died while I was driving it. She was ver survey but her name was Courtney and she was extremely helpful. I was in OKC on vacation and my Expedition died while I was driving it. She was very kind and helpful and was able to get it right in for service that morning. I appreciate her efforts and the service department replaced the throttle body that same day ( and also changed my oil at a great price) and I was able to pick it up that afternoon. More
